arg! on Thurs i was down to 225. i should have kept on track, but instead i ate everything in sight. i think it's 'cause I was tired. I'll need to be more careful. I met my goal for last week, though, so that is good. Last week's goal was to document all my food every day. My goal for next week is to exercise every day for 30 minutes total, as well as keeping up with documenting my food,
