I believe that my weight increase is from salt from eating out on Friday 3/4/11. Also on the weekends, I rest so that my muscles recover. We will see next week.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
