Yesterday I did double the c25k week 3 cycle and it felt great. I went to the gym early and it motivated me to eat healthier all day. I need to start going to the gym early so I'm motivated to stick with my diet.

Yesterday I tried on a bunch of dresses to see if they could ever possibly fit me again or if i should give them to goodwill. I could get into all of them and some were too big! I'm not buying clothing until I get to my goal weight and stay there for a few months but yesterday I tried some stuff on at a store and I'm a size small which was awesome. I'm still a size 4 like I was 10 lbs ago, but that's ok with me because it means I don't need to buy new pants.
Since Ive been eating fewer carbs and less sugar the last 2 weeks , I've noticed that my belly is much smaller than it was before. I haven't lost much weight but I've definitely noticed that my weird tummy fat is reduced.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job on the C25K and the smaller size! I wish I could get down to single digits in clothes(i'm a 12/14 at the moment). I did C25K 3 years ago and still run 3-4 times a week, so stick with it!

thanks for the encouragement! It's also REALLY good to hear that after finishing the C25K you kept running, I'm worried that once the challenge is over I will stop so it's nice to hear that it is something that can be kept up.
