HOLY CRAP!
I can absolutely not believe my eyes this morning. I am amazed! 169! Wow, it has been 9 years since I have been in the 60's and even then it was for not even a month.

Holy Crap! I am so in shock. I have no words. I met my weekly goal too, wow. So I guess my goal would be to make sure it stays off and continue to exercise.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Ladies. Blazingigi, I am planning to reset my goal to 150 I think. I want to go as far as my body wants to go. I do not want to change it right this second I want to relish in it a bit, lol.

I love it!!! Now I can officially say ... "I told you so!!!!" I knew you'd be at goal before I got back from vacation. I thought I'd pop in and check on my buddies and here you are at 169!!! Congrats girl!! You deserve it!!
