Just start again my DA ... huhuhu so hard as all people arround me keep sabotaj me to cooked & ate all carbs food .. huhuhuhu im so failed!!!
Today Breakfast still take the 3/4 boiled egg ... in between to lunch hr .. ate boiled egg coz fill little bit hunger
Lunch hr i am not sure what shoul I recorded there .. but my meal only Ginger chicken oyster sauces - its only 4 small dice of chicken part a scope of fried mustard green with oyster sauce added few slice of carrot (I am not eat carrot)
is my calories recorded in the line?
Finished my 2.250 liter plain water
In between to dinner ate boiled egg to cover little hunger before dinner
Dinner a bowl of spinach dip in 2 eggs then fried ...
with 500 liter water ..
