Fat Smash me! This is my last day of Phase one. You are not supposed to weigh in until tomorrow but I couldn't wait. Hopefully I can drop a couple of more pounds by tomorrow. Let's do this. I did not cheat at ALL! I cooked a steak, lobster and crab leg dinner for the men in my life (hubby and brother) and I baked brownies for a friend and still remained strong! I still can't believe I"m in the 160's, I weighed 200 pounds less than 6 months ago. Won't God Make a Way!
