I am attempting to loose weight by doing some walking and decreasing the amount of food I take in to my body. I will attempt to walk 1 mile a day and gradualy increase to 3 miles. With the dissability that I have it won't be easy but I hope to have the weight off by the end of December 2011.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
