I can see you're having a hard time losing like me. It's so hard at first, but I see you're weight is starting back down again, so that's a very good thing. Just keep at it, & go slowly. Losing 1-2 lbs a week is great. Many don't realize that if we only lost 2 lbs a week, in a year we would lose over 100 lbs ~ most people would disappear, LOL! So keep it up my friend, & the weight WILL COME OFF. YOU CAN DO THIS! :)
