Went up a pound but surprised it wasn't more. Went out to eat twice this week, but each day, it was the only meal. Drank lots of water. Got that out of system, so back on track this week, in hopes of seeing more weight loss. Having a hard time getting motivated to do some exercise or walking though. Anyway, I think if it wasn't for this daily journal entry, I would go off track. Thanks Fat Secret!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
