This is day One I stuck to it inspite of my really bad day. I have entered everything I have eaten. I have written every move i have made. .Tomorrow i go to shop for some new stuff. PLease if someone reads this tell me if my lental soup is accepted in the south beach. I saulte onions n tomatoes in 2 tsps of oil. Add chicken , ginger garlic,lots of india spices,2 zucchinies, 12 oz of mushrroms n cook till tode. Also ad 1 cup of Red lental. This made I think 12 servings... let me know.. veggiyuks & imluvved!!!1'
157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

And yes, sounds allowable and like an "ideal" soup to me. Remember to use olive oil and other healthier oils.
