200lbs! So close to dropping below 200!!! T25 lower focus was today, and yeah, he repeats a lot of the same moves, all his workouts kinda gel together, but if it keeps dropping the pounds, I will not mind the repetitive workouts.
I've said it before but I'll say it again, Tony Horton's workouts are better overall body functional and strength with variety, as Shaun T's are more cardio based, higher impact and repetitive. I'm doing the T25 to hopefully drop the pounds quicker because of the cardio, then I'll go back to Tony Horton for overall body and functional strength.
I think waking up at 5:15am is starting to become more of a habit. I'll stay in bed another 5 minutes after my alarm goes off, but I usually pop out of bed without too much fuss now, so long as I try to start going to sleep no later than 10:15pm. If I stay up later than that, it's harder to get up in the morning.
