Very pleased to stay between 134 & 136. My goal weight was 145 so I have a real cushion as not to worry. I have added some carbs back in, but for me eating carbs must be what a crack addict feels like. Have a few, want way more! I gain wt. so quickly when I eat bread, pasta etc., so I just don't. Would I like to add them on a regular basis, YES, but I can and will live without them. Thats my story and Im sticking to it! Stay true to your goals all.
