i am not counting calories anymore, but after tracking them for so long, i have learned what i need to do to lose, or least maintain my weight.
i have held steady at 149 for quite awhile now. my initial goal was 140, and actually, it still is, but my schedule for the past two months has been very hectic and it has been difficult to eat correctly.
i am happy with maintaining for now, and plan to lose the rest of it in the very near future.
