Maybe I'll be under 200 by the next time I go camping! Speed 1.0 and Stretch are probably the best workouts of T25. They have good pacing and the music is not bad. Knee still doing much better, less cracking, and I'm still modifying for my knee, but trying to push and do normal exercising when I can.
