Even after a week at an all inclusive I was able to maintain my weight. Goal for me for the end of April is 245 lbs and 15% body fat. I know I have the right formula now.....just have to do it now!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
