I have ran for 16 miles this week so far. I look forward to doing a nice bike ride tomorrow and moving forward with finishing my weight loss goal soon. I have a renewed passion to fix my life like I have never had before. I hope it continues and I don't fall back down ever again.
207.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
