The weight keeps coming off! I go to the local park and do 100 meter dashes a few times a week and eat around 2000 calories a day on average. WOW! I weigh less than I did in high school!
178.4 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
