Stayed the same... but I am constipated again.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

828 kcal Fat: 8.23g | Prot: 57.68g | Carb: 105.09g.   Breakfast: Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Food Club Whole Unsweetened Blueberries. Lunch: Kirkland Signature Frozen Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Beringer White Zinfandel, Fra'Mani Organic Polenta, Westbrae Natural Organic Chili Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. more...

Got this from Rachel Beller's book "Eat to lose, Eat to win" (great book btw) Works great for me when I am dealing with constipation. Fill a shaker with equal parts: Ground Chia seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, dried orange peel (organic) I also add flax seed to the mix. Sprinkle on my breakfast and it seems to do the trick.. (I use about a Tbls but start out slow..maybe a tsp to start)
