Got this from Rachel Beller's book "Eat to lose, Eat to win" (great book btw) Works great for me when I am dealing with constipation.
Fill a shaker with equal parts: Ground Chia seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, dried orange peel (organic) I also add flax seed to the mix. Sprinkle on my breakfast and it seems to do the trick..
(I use about a Tbls but start out slow..maybe a tsp to start)
