I had a very big meal yesterday 😋 we celebrated my Sister Vicky's Birthday yesterday (her birthday is today). We had BBQ Pork Ribs, Chicken Asada, Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad and it was all so Yummy 😋 😊
109.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
