Back down 2. Can I really say I "lost" 2 pounds when in fact, it's the same 2 pounds I've lost several times already? Frustrating. At least I'm below my start weight again.

Skiing tonight or Sunday....get ready to gain a few pounds. Not sure why skiing = weight gain but it sure seems to work that way for me.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
