I'm kinda ticked. I haven't work out all week and have been losing weight by the pound. And yesterday, I worked out, I ate very well, and I gained 1.2 lbs. I don't know what happened but I'm not very happy with that number. However, that just gives me the incentive to work harder and eat healthier!! I will do it!!
