It seems the weight is harder to get rid of after my bad month or so. Its like my body was in that mode and while i maintained my weight loss, its hard to get it back in the losing mode. HOWEVER, in all fairness, I've had a really busy week and I've done only minimal exercise.
***And this, my friend, is why we should journal. My ~perception~ was that I wasn't doing well and that my body was resisting. In ~actuality~ I lost 2.2 lbs in a week, a little above my goal of 1 - 2 lbs per week. I'm so thankful for the regular journal entries!***
161.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ahh, very good! I work in a lab, and we use that saying all the time, but I've never thought of it in this application (usually it's for cya purposes). Thanks for a new perspective!
