1528 kcal Fat: 31.00g | Prot: 68.51g | Carb: 255.78g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's All Bran Hi-Fibre, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Fry's Vegetarian Mince Style Samoosas, Tropical Fruit Salad (Pineapple Papaya Banana and Guava, Solids and Liquids, Heavy Syrup, Canned). Dinner: Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Beacon Marshmallow Easter Egg, Apples, Fruit Yoghurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz). more...
