I am loving the atkins diet! While now eating foods that are "good" for my body it has proven difficult to eat everything the I'm supposed to (alot of food). My energy level is through the roof and I am seeing the numbers on the scale move in the right direction. I am sticking to walking a minimum of 1 mile per day @ 3.5-4mph. I got this!!!
