Overall, a loss of 1 pound since last Wednesday, so not a true gain. I was dropping ridiculously fast right after the last weigh in (hence why I got really excited and went ahead and recorded my dip below 160), but my 21st birthday was on Sunday, and we all know that birthday calories don't count :) A loss is a loss! I've still officially hit the 10 lb mark! Just gotta keep moving forward.
