WOW! The pounds are melting off, I'm on Phase one of the Fat Smash and it's going going gone! Thank you Jesus! I'm enjoying Phase one that I will either keep doing it or do it again. Be encouraged.

170.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb. Still to go: 35.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
