fell off the wagon for a few days,but not too bad, back on again and commited again.still proud as and its been hard to stick to my very low calorie diet all year 600-700calories a day,so not gna beat myself up to much,its hard being young and in a huge drinking culture!5.5kg to go then will redo goals
