Hovering on weight again. I may drop in a week or two if I keep it up. Day 3 of Focus T25. More cardio should hopefully make me drop pounds faster, then do a round of P90X3 to add strength & tone. Modifying for my knee, but my knee is definitely better. More range of motion, can do squats & lunges much better now, basically no pain, still cracks occasionally though, but seems to crack a bit less. Seems like I'm going in the right direction.
