Nice drop. New low. Took off from running this morning due to recovering from stomach/intestinal virus over the weekend. I may have been able to do it, but don't want to push. Still losing weight even though I'm eating more than this weekend.
227.4 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
