Finally my weight has dropped below 134. I'm eating out too much, since my husband always wants to eat out with me, and that makes it a struggle. My weight does drop when I do cardio, but I haven't been exercising every day, except for my 30-45 minute walk with my dog, of course. If I want to keep having lunch out, I really need to do what I did yesterday: choose the lightest item on the menu. Yesterday I had quinoa salad instead of the great looking fish sandwich I was craving.

New goals: near-daily significant exercise, wise food choices, happy husband.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
