Steady drop but need more to achieve my goal for my trip in July. I can't let things deter me and frustration is always a deterrent to I must move forward. Will still be in the 240's by Wednesday. About a week behind but drops in weight is always positive.
251.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
