Do you think I could be at my goal weight by this time next week? Could it be? I am still waiting for the ball to drop. For me to wake up and be 254lbs again. I am half expecting to get to my goal weight and then back up to 254. Like how freakin crazy is that? Like a roller coaster, like I did all this and then when its done it goes back up. I know really I do that is not how it works. I guess I just feel like I am not good enough to have this happen for me. That is not true! I am good enough. I can do this. I will post a pic of what I look like right now.

172! Wow! Nothing really does taste as good as thin feels.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You look fantastic! Congratulations! There is always a chance you will regain weight, but I think that is only if you are on a diet that is not realistic for your life style. Really, it has to be a whole life style change or it wont stick. I don't think anyone can lose the kind of weight you have without making a life style change. You look really wonderful and I know you must have worked so hard! Keep it up!

LOL!!! Oh my how we torture ourselves!! Yes ... you actually could be at your goal by next week or the week after!! You deserve to feel good and take care of yourself. You ARE taking care of yourself!!! We'll get through these moments when we start to get anxious ... I think with time maintaining they will become less intense and less frequent. I'm so excited for you!!! Maybe I'll snap some photos while we're on vacation and post them when I get back!! Take Care!!!
