I am kicking off my new lifestyle of healthy living with a three day fast. Trying to draw strength fron God, know food is not my source of life but only fuel my body uses for energy. It will also serve as a body cleanse, and a spiritual cleanse.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
