Yesterday did not fast .
Breakfast:Had wrap with peanut butter and tea
Supper: Salad, soya burger and Halloumi
Snacks: Alotta candrel chocolate 🍫 eish
133.4 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
