Weekend away with Kim, Trace and Guy. Pleased that I've maintained my weight considering the huge lump of sticky toffee pudding I had Saturday night! Off to meet my personal trainer now to begin my Ashfield keep fit regime. OMG!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
