Started a new medication and side effects totally trashed my motivation to work out (extreme fatigue and lower back pain) plus we didn't eat the best - admittedly probably my worst week. So I'm very thankful this is all I gained. It's done, I've learned how it affected me mentally- now I will do better.
180.1 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
