New diet for 2014. Started Jan 1 and am going strong. I will be 59 in a few weeks and I will not change my mind. This is the last hurrah where I will be able and fit enough to lose this much weight. I am not using any diet or pills. I am sticking to chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit and doing eliptical or treadmill 6 days a week at 5 miles a pop. I am not paying attention to detail. I look forward to a big transformation by Cinco de Mayo. By the end of June my body will plateau. At that time I will focus on areas of my body which bug me the most. At this rate I should be 125 by May 5th and by end of June 117. SO HELP ME GOD!!!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
