Seriously? Again? WTH.

Nothing like doing your best to learn a new way to eat to try to fix your metabolism only to find out it does NO GOOD whatsoever. I will admit, I do like to eat and it's nice to allow myself to eat several times a day, but I really want to lose weight too.

What is going on?

Even my acupuncturist is stumped. He's sending me an ebook with something else to try that involves 5 day cycles and includes certain days where fasting is included (mixing my old style of eating with the new). I am looking forward to trying it. At least I will get a break from the stress of constant eating....LOL! I call it constant eating and it's really only trying to remember to chew and swallow something 4 times a day. That's still hard. I can do 3 meals, but the 4th is tough.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
