not sure my scales are right was 290 yester day and today it says 279 think my brand new scales are rong wont weigh in till i get new ones it will take me a little wile becuse money is tight i hope they are right but i know
290.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
