3lbs before going under 200lbs, and 2 days to go before finishing 22 Minute Hard Corps (minus 'hell week' bonus round). I did modify for my knees, and one week I took it really easy, only missed 3 days. In the days that didn't have an added 10 minute core workout, I added 10 minutes of yoga. A great way to get back into exercising. I really liked 22 Minute Hard Corps, it was not too long, it kept up the pace, and basically no equipment. Though I dislike going to bed earlier and waking up early in the morning, it's the only time that is working for me with family life. I do hope this is sustainable long-term and develops into a lifelong routine.

I feel better, I look a little thinner, I am stronger with more endurance, and my knees are feeling better. The strengthening and yoga for flexibility helped with the knees as I was tight, but now can stretch further and grip my large toe with my finger (maybe someday with both hands, then grip the bottom of my foot). Still need to tighten up the diet, but I'm trying with family life. I originally considered doing two rounds of P90X3 before my birthday in February, but instead going to do Focus T25 for more weight loss, then P90X3. I've done P90X3 before, and it's very good, but reading online seems Focus T25 is more focused on cardio & weight loss, while P90X3 is more muscle tone & overall fitness and some workouts may be harder on knees (which are better but still not 100%). I really should try to knock off more of the weight first and keep my knees going in the right direction. If I keep up, I'll have done one round of Focus T25 and one round of P90X3 well before my birthday next year and should be in good shape to snowboard on my birthday (free lift ticket!). It's been a goal of mine to get back to snowboarding again.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
