오늘 먹은 것들
바게트 3/4개, 반은 버터 발라서.
달걀 2개 버터에 프라이
치킨핑거 2개, 테이터탓 6개.
미숫가루 꿀 넣어서 2컵.
114.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
