So I’m just leaning on drinking water, broth, and green juice to give my gut/liver a rest from highly processed foods and food that that take long to digest. I’ll start slowly eating solids from next week.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 29.3 lb a week
