ODd on leftover Dim Sum yesterday that Hubby brought in. All his fault I don't know how to self-enforce the words "NO, I don't need it.":) Not even going to attempt to log it because I didn't recognize at least 3 of them. If it isn't my fave Siu Mai, Har Gau, Beef Ball, turnip cake, all I know to do is to give it try. Insult to injury, woke up too early this morning and I have become a believer that a full night sleep matters with me. Punished myself by weighing, knowing the scale would reflect my misdeed. Back on the stick today. Informed Hubby the next time he brings in that yummy stuff, it is the same as putting a jigger in front of an alcoholic and I'm going to make him eat it on the patio.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
