Okay, here we go AGAIN! My body is not working as great as it should or could, and I'm definitely blaming my problems on my weight and food choices. Time to change. I've tried a couple of different things (my journals say it all). This time, I plan to make small changes and I was thinking of writing my goals in a daily planner to make myself more accountable. Yesterday I decided to give up my late night snack. I made sure I had a 12 hour fast overnight. If I can keep up with that then I will surely cut out calories without having to add up my actual calorie intake since I know I eat too many late night calories. Let's see how this makes me feel. I had a terrible sleep last night because I went to bed feeling hungry and I really hate that so we'll see if I can maintain this change. The first thing I consumed this morning after my fast was a ginger, cinnamon and honey tea. I want to start making that a habit as well to see if it helps with my aches and pains. I had a bad back pain this morning but within only a couple minutes of my first sip the pain subsided a fair bit so this should be good if I make an honest effort. My husband supports me 100%. I figured it was time for me to get back on the saddle since last night after work he told me that he quit smoking again. This time he wants it to be the last time that he quits because he doesn't like starting all over again. If he can do that then I can also make changes.
