Only a couple pounds off of my 180lb target. My doctor was happy about my weight during my physical - I'm finally within my BMI standard of not being overweight!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 36.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
