Last two weeks have been a roller coaster. At one point I peaked at 189.5 Lbs and felt very bloated but showed a body fat % of 17%. Yesterday was a fasting day in that I was outside working all day and I was only drinking water. Apparently I didn't' drink enough. Although my weight dropped to 184.4 my body fat % jumped to 20.4%. My scale reads high when I am dehydrated so I'm going to see what happens at the end of the week. Also will be adjusting my diet slightly to remove more of the "Chocolate chip Cookie" addiction I have.
