I find I do well breakfast & lunch ~ it is after dinner I struggle. Yesterday was cold & snowy & I had a hectic day at work ~ I wasn't in the mood to cook a lot so it ended up mac n cheese with hot dogs (one of husband's favorites) ~ on the positive side, I didn't snack after dinner & drank lots of water. Gotta find the positive in each day...
