Happens every blue moon. I didn't blow it in the sense that I ate the wrong things...I just ate more of the right things than I should. Plus no exercise (except running after grands) exhausted when I got home. Dreading this morning scale...no gain. Will pick up the program today plus walk and swim. XOXO
