178.8... w00t!!!! hope it stays that way.

Really pushed myself hard during Plyometrics this morning, got dizzy a few times and had to pause at least once. I'm really starting to hate the ceiling fan in the basement, it holds me back on a few of the exercises, but I make due.

So stoked.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
