I've been back at the gym, at least 3 times per week. And lately I have not been eating dinner. I feel still stuffed from lunch. Maybe it's the heat. So I've been having yogurt with fruit, or cottage cheese with fruit, or some other kind of salad. And I feel fine. I don't feel hungry. If I do feel a little hunger pan, I just have PB&J on a slice of bread. So 1 lb. down, 49 more to go!!! woohoo!!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
